Theatre& Visits De La Salle High School 

Theatre& visited De La Salle High School on Tuesday 29th September to deliver a career planning and information presentation. The Future Fast Forward event was organised by Theatre & in conjunction with the Careers Department in De La Salle and the Department of Employment and Learning. Theatre& are a theatre company who specialise in delivering performances based on real life scenarios currently facing our young people when making decisions on their future career paths.  Issues touched on in the performance included; Sixth Form, going to college or university, Training for Success (TfS), job interview skills and the Careers Service, Northern Ireland. The pupils enjoyed the fast paced and witty interactions of the characters in the production as well as benefiting from the serious message conveyed in the overall show-pupils need to make difficult choices, but they are not alone. All they have to do is ask for guidance from the various supporting agencies available to them which Theatre& helped direct them towards.
