De La Salle High School attend University of Ulster Presentation A group of GCSE maths students from De La Salle attended a talk in the University of Ulster on Friday 16th October. Dr Colin Turner presented 'Proving the Obviously Untrue'. He highlighted how GCSE mathematics can help us to understand the patterns and structures around us in everything from science and engineering to art and music. The students found Dr Turner's presentation interesting and engaging. Below are some pictures of the experiments and tasks which the students took part in.
